For RemedyEHR and myHealthManager Users:

  • Latest versions of Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox browsers*
  • High-speed Internet connection**
  • Latest version of Flash (the opportunity to download this will present itself upon launching your EHR for the first time in your browser)

* Firefox is recommended over IE for faster performance.
** You can run a free speed test for your computer at http://www.speedtest.net.

For RemedyPractice Users:

  • Latest versions of Internet Explorer
  • High-speed Internet connection
  • Active-X plugin (the opportunity to download this will present itself upon launching RemedyPractice for the first time in your browser)

Facility/Data Center Details:

128 bit SSL encryption, biometric access, back-up generators, load balanced/redundant web servers, redundant Internet connections. RemedyMD employs Center7 Inc.'s HIPAA-compliant, Class-1 network operations center and data center--a world-class hosting facility to preserve data integrity. We back-up daily and have a load balancer that includes three servers.
